// AI Agents

Give your team an assistant with a defined job.

Create focused AI assistants that work with approved information and tools, with clear limits on what they can decide and do.

Discuss your workflow
01 /

Start with a bounded responsibility

Useful agent projects have a specific job: summarise an account, prepare a draft response, find information in approved documents or recommend the next step. Broad instructions such as “run our operations” need to be broken into smaller responsibilities first.

02 /

What we build

  • A defined task, allowed actions and escalation rules
  • Access to selected sources with agreed permissions
  • Structured outputs that fit the next step in your workflow
  • Review and feedback paths for uncertain or incorrect results
03 /

Example: prepare an account briefing

When a team member requests a briefing, the assistant gathers permitted CRM notes and recent activity, then prepares a concise summary with references to the available sources. It highlights missing information and drafts suggested questions for the meeting.

Updating the account or contacting the customer is a separate action with its own approval rules.

04 /

Keep judgment and access deliberate

We evaluate outputs against representative examples, including conflicting and incomplete information. The assistant should identify uncertainty and request review when it cannot complete its task within the agreed scope. Tool permissions and external actions are considered separately from text generation.

05 /

What to bring

Choose one task and bring examples of a useful answer, an unacceptable answer and the information a person uses today. Tell us which actions must always stay with a human.
