We work from a defined use case toward a limited first release. That includes an agreed success measure, examples of normal and exceptional inputs, and a person responsible for approving the result.

Testing covers the route when everything works and the route when an input is missing, a tool is unavailable, or a person needs to intervene. Documentation and a clear handover are part of the work.
