Scope of this notice

This notice concerns the public agentoriq website. A client automation project can involve different systems and data, which need to be defined separately before access is granted.

Information entered on the website

The contact form sends your name, email and workflow description to us. Optional brief fields include industry (including your own description), team size, number of locations, process, systems (including your own entries), company, website, current tools, desired outcome, budget and timeline. We also receive the form language, submission time, page path and selected case scenario, when present, to understand and respond to your enquiry. Do not submit passwords, API keys or confidential customer records.

Cloudflare Workers receives the request and saves it in Cloudflare D1, then emails it to the person handling enquiries and passes it to our own advertising measurement service. This allows a temporary delivery failure to be retried without asking you to submit again.

Every request includes the campaign parameters (UTM) and Google, Meta or TikTok click identifiers from the page you arrived on, the time of that visit, the values of the _fbp and _fbc cookies if Meta Pixel set them, and the IP address and browser of the request. Our advertising measurement service uses them to tell Google Ads and Meta which ad brought the enquiry; your email and phone number reach Google and Meta only as SHA-256 hashes, and form contents are not sent to them. This does not depend on the analytics choice and does not prevent form submission.

The page URL determines the website language. On the homepage, we may use your browser language or saved preference to open the English or Ukrainian version; Russian browser preferences map to Ukrainian. An explicit language choice is saved locally in your browser under agentoriq.language.v1 until you change it or clear browser storage.

Storage and enquiry handling

Delivered submissions in the Cloudflare D1 delivery store are automatically deleted after 30 days. Requests whose delivery is unresolved are retained for recovery. This cleanup does not delete the email or the copy in our advertising measurement service, which removes the contact details, IP address and browser data after 90 days.

Enquiry records and email correspondence are reviewed and removed manually when no longer needed. A fixed retention period for those systems has not yet been established. Contact [email protected] with a question about your enquiry or a request to correct or remove its information.

Hosting and technical requests

Cloudflare serves this website. Loading pages involves technical request information such as an IP address and browser request headers. Cloudflare may process this information to deliver and protect the site.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for spam. The application uses a hashed IP address for a 10-minute rate-limit window; the raw IP address is kept only with the enquiry's delivery to our advertising measurement service, as described above. Cloudflare may separately process technical request information to provide its services.

Google Analytics and Amplitude load only after you allow analytics. They measure page views, navigation, selected button clicks and form progress, including confirmed receipt of enquiries, without form contents. If Microsoft Clarity is enabled and named in the consent panel, it records page interactions for heatmaps and session replay; the enquiry form is masked. Meta Pixel is optional and requires the separate advertising checkbox in Cookie preferences. It sends page views and confirmed enquiry events, browser data and IP address to Meta, and may set _fbp and _fbc advertising cookies. We do not send form contents or enable automatic advanced matching. Decline all withdraws this consent; previously sent events are not automatically deleted. Hosting security and network diagnostics are separate. With analytics consent, we retain a random browser identifier and a withdrawal-token hash for up to 30 days to measure confirmed bookings in GA4 and Amplitude. No name, email or form content is sent in these booking events. Withdraw using Cookie preferences in the same browser, or contact [email protected]. If offline, withdrawal is retried on a later visit; already delivered events are not automatically deleted.

Our own visit statistics, part of our advertising measurement service, run without cookies: a random identifier kept in your browser's local storage, the pages you open, how long they stay visible and how far you scroll, the start of a form (never what you type), clicks on contact links and page speed. Your IP address is not stored; the country comes from Cloudflare. They tie an enquiry to the visits before it, so we can see which advertising works. Visit records are kept for up to 400 days.

External services and contact

Following an external link takes you to another provider, whose privacy terms apply there. After submitting an enquiry, you can open our Google Calendar booking page to choose a meeting time. Submitting the form or opening the link does not itself book a meeting.
